Individual Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers a safe, confidential space to speak about anxieties, difficulties, or past traumas. People come to therapy for many reasons. Some to find relief from specific challenges, others to make sense of their inner world or past experiences. Working with a psychotherapist can help you understand patterns more deeply and create a renewed sense of hope.
I’ve a particular interest in supporting young adults, as well as people navigating grief, burnout or work-related stress, and relationship difficulties. Of course, I’m always open to hearing what brings you to therapy and exploring how we might work together.
I usually suggest beginning with an initial consultation to discuss your needs, my approach, and whether it feels like a good fit for you. The therapy can continue short-term or longer-term, depending on what feels right for you.
Low Cost Psychotherapy
Therapy can be expensive, and many people who could benefit from it simply can’t afford it.
I intentionally reserve a portion of my caseload for lower-cost sessions to improve accessibility, particularly for clients with limited means, students, or those between jobs. If this applies to you, please mention it when you get in touch and we can explore a reduced rate together.
