If you’ve found your way here, you may be looking for clarity, understanding, or support…
Many people think about therapy for some time before starting. I hope the info here answers some initial questions. When you feel ready, you can reach out to learn more.
Psychotherapy doesn’t give you the answers. It helps you feel safe enough to ask the questions and find your own answers.
Hi, I’m Sally
I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist working at the Elmwood Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy in Dublin. I work with adults in one to one talk therapy — offering weekly or twice a week therapy.
As a member of the Irish Forum for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (IFPP), I trained at the Irish Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and received a first class honours in my Masters at Trinity College Dublin. Before psychotherapy, I worked in Operations and HR in startups, focusing on building teams and leadership coaching.
Psychotherapy provides a safe confidential space to speak about any anxieties, difficulties, or traumas. I’m particularly interested in working with young adults and people experiencing grief, burnout/work difficulties, and relationship challenges. Of course, I’m always open to hearing what brings you to therapy and exploring how we might work together.
Reach out.
Before we start, I recommend an initial free consultation to discuss your needs, my approach, and whether it feels like a good fit for you.
Not ready to book an intro session yet? That’s no problem. Feel free to get in touch via email here. I’ll be in touch shortly.
